6. Fruit trees
These are mostly Damsons but there are also Yellow egg plums, a Medlar, Black mulberry and several varieties of Quince and if the wildlife leave us any we enjoy there flavour as jam, jelly and in puddings or to make wine to cheer us through the cold of winter.
